The reception staff were excellent and so very helpful all the time. The breakfast was excellent. Such a great choice everyday something different in the buffet selection. Fresh coffee, juice and a daily smoothie. The pool wasn’t very big and personally dont like that people are allowed to smoke in such a small confined space . There is some on going renovations, as the hotel is very new and thats why we got it at a very good price. Didn’t realise our room didn’t have an external window. The room although very nice doesn’t have a lot of space for 2 people’s luggage. But overall for the price we payed it is nice quiet spot with fantastic staff and breakfast.

The location is so central that it walkable to many ,many great restaurants, and attractions. The people were all so great specially Quan and Anh. They helped us navigate the city, and arranged tours and transport for us. My family had a wonderful time in Hanoi. We have highly recommend this hotel.

Hospitality is all I will remember from this hotel. All the staffs are extremely nice, always have a nice conversation with the staff. They speak English really well so communication was very easy. Friendliness, tentative and professional.

My stay at the Hanoi splendid premium hotel was exceptional it met all of my needs while I was visiting in Hanoi. The staff was very helpful and very professional. The hotel was very cozy and conveniently located near the heart of many shops and events. The breakfast was amazing and I was truly impressed. If I'm ever visiting again in Hanoi definitely I will book with the splendid premium hotel again.
